This year’s Amsterdam Fashion Week will be marked by a groundbreaking collaboration between Botter, ELLE, and Four, promising an event that will stand out as one of the most talked-about moments of the week. The event, which will take place at Four, is set to be a multi-sensory experience that blends high fashion, cultural commentary, and exclusive access to sought-after designs. Celebrating the New ELLE x Botter issue, guests can buy the limited ELLE edition exclusively at the event.
Lisi Herrebrugh and Rushemy Botter, the creative minds behind Botter, have quickly risen to prominence in the fashion world. After winning the prestigious Grand Prix de Hyères upon their graduation in 2018, they were immediately tapped as creative directors for Nina Ricci. However, in 2022, the duo decided to focus exclusively on their own brand, Botter, where they have continued to make waves. As guest creative directors for ELLE, their mission is to help others achieve a similarly successful start in the fashion industry.
In the new September issue, they share everything they wish they had known when they first started. From generating ideas for collections, securing funding, and selecting fabrics, to participating in Paris shows and building a team, the couple opens up about the realities of building a brand, sharing “secrets” that can help others advance in the industry.
As one of the few retailers in the Netherlands to carry Botter’s collections, Four opens its door to the public during this exclusive event, giving the attendees the chance to purchase items from Four’s curated selection, including Botter’s exclusive designs.
Adding to the event’s appeal, ELLE will distribute 200 special limited editions of its magazine, featuring unique items like a full-size sewing pattern to make your own Botter piece, and a custom sleeve. These editions, available only at the event after a brief pre-order window, are expected to be highly coveted.
To enhance the evening, Tecan Tequila will provide a selection of curated cocktails, including a welcome shot, and DJ Dolore will provide the music.
