On May 23rd, in collaboration with leading fashion institute Polimoda, AFW will host a dynamic panel discussion focused on the ins and outs of breaking into the fashion industry. This event aims to demystify the journey towards a successful career in fashion, whilst highlighting the invaluable resources and opportunities offered by Polimoda.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Amsterdam Fashion Week and features esteemed speakers from diverse facets of the fashion world, each bringing their unique insights and expertise to the table. Among the Polimoda alumni is Elisa Michelle, Fashion Photographer and Art Director, as well as Pio Boserman, Menswear Fashion Designer from Tommy Hilfiger, and Head Of Design at DENHAM the Jeanmaker Salvatore Aloisi.
By fostering dialogue between academia and industry, our panel talk aims to bridge the gap and provide invaluable insights into the multifaceted world of fashion, to make Polimoda more accessible to aspiring master’s degree students and to inspire Dutch fashion enthusiasts to consider pursuing advanced studies.
